A7: Your payout method settings are found in the Shopify Partner Dashboard, which is the platform that handles payments for affiliates and freelancers who make money through Shopify. To access the Shopify Partner Dashboard, navigate to your Collabs account and press Payouts. Learn more about the payout methods supported by Shopify Partner platform.
When a product is purchased using your affiliate link, the commission for it is marked as pending for 30 days to make sure the order is not refunded. After the pending period has completed, the commission is billed to the merchant to be processed to you.
Note
If the merchant cancels or fully refunds an order during the 30 days since placement, the affiliate commission is automatically canceled and removed from Pending total.
After the commission is paid by the merchant, it is added and will be visible in your Next payout. Automatic payouts are then scheduled to be paid out twice per month and will only be processed if your Next payout balance is at least $25. You can view your upcoming and pending payouts in the Payouts page. Learn more about payout threshold and frequency.
Automatic payouts are handled in USD. If you choose a different payout currency, you may be charged a payout currency conversion fee.
Commission that is handled through automatic payouts has relevant tax collected & remitted on your behalf.
Shopify Collabs is a brand collaboration app that lets you apply to, and manage collaborations with brands. You can apply to different community programs, and partner with brands to promote products and brands to your audiences. Using Shopify Collabs, you can review your brand partners (or "collabs"), accept gifts or discount codes from brands, track your affiliate sales, and receive payments from brands.
A9: Absolutely! You can promote our products and your referral code across various platforms such as social media, blogs, websites, and email marketing.
A10: While we welcome a wide range of affiliates, we do review applications to ensure they align with our brand values. In some cases, we might not approve applications that don't meet our criteria.

A13: There is no set earning limit in our affiliate program. Your earnings are directly tied to the sales you generate through your referral code. The more effective your marketing efforts, the higher your potential earnings.
A14: Referral codes are primarily created by our partnerships team to ensure consistency and brand alignment. However, if you have a specific referral code in mind, you can let us know, and we will check its availability. While we aim to accommodate requests, please note that the final decision will depend on various factors including uniqueness and appropriateness.
